By purchasing or downloading content on Neon Phosphorus (“we”, “our”), you agree to these terms.

Digital products

• Beats and Sound Kits are digital products delivered instantly after successful payment.
• You’re responsible for providing a valid email and keeping access to your receipt/order ID.

Licensing

• Beats are delivered with a license. The exact permissions depend on the license type selected at checkout.
• Sound Kits are for use in your music/productions. Reselling or redistributing the raw files (or re-uploading them as your own kit) is not allowed.

Delivery & access

• Download links are time-limited for security. If your link expires, use the same order/receipt to access the download again.
• If something fails (no file, broken link), contact us and we’ll help you restore access.

Fair use

• Do not share, leak, or publicly repost purchased/downloaded files.
• Abuse of the system may result in revoked access.
