Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are limited.
No refunds after download
- Once a download link has been delivered/used, we generally can’t offer refunds (digital goods).
When we can help
- If you paid but didn’t receive the file due to a technical issue, we will fix delivery or restore access.
- If you were charged multiple times for the same order, we’ll resolve it.
